Below, you'll find a selection of products I've collaborated on, each with its own unique journey. From flavour selection to overcoming production challenges, these developments highlight the creative problem-solving and strategic thinking involved in bringing innovative ideas to life.

Fizzy Whizzy Weenie Worms 

The first project I worked in Kervan Gida was the launch of this product. The product was primarily targeted to Gen Z, due to the sourness of it and interest from this audience according to data. I managed sampling, digital content (newsletter, blog, social media content) and reported results to the team.

Freeze Dried Sweets

Launching Bebeto’s Freeze Dried proved to be a challenge! Some sweets lost their shapes after freeze-drying, and we worked to reduce dusting during transit. With TikTok driving demand, we moved quickly to hit shelves in time. The launch combined social media ads, PR coverage, influencer gifting, and in-store sampling at Spar to drive awareness and sales.

Super Sour Scary Skulls

Our Super Sour Scary Skulls were developed to jump into the rising super sour trend, a must during the biggest season in confectionery, Halloween. Creating this product came with challenges, particularly in finding the right flavours and ensuring it stood out from our existing Halloween range. By focusing on fan-favourite flavours, we successfully introduced a product that added excitement to our seasonal offering.

You Melt My Heart

'You Melt My Heart’ was our first liquid-filled sweet and Valentine's product, a key innovation for Bebeto. We ensured the flavours matched the season, combining rich tastes with fruity notes. To support the launch, we ran a blog, newsletter, social media posts and a competition focused on newsletter sign-ups, gaining over 1,500 new contacts.

Runny Eggs 

Runny Eggs was an exciting but challenging product to develop. We had to make a fried egg like no other, with a liquid-filled centre. The timeline was very tight, so we had to move quickly. One of the biggest challenges was ensuring the filling was enough due to the small shape and avoid leaking risks. Despite the pressure, we managed to deliver a unique product to retailers.
